Verwaltungsneubau
Für den Neubau entwickelte HiPP einen eigenen Nachhaltigkeitsleitfaden. Dieser diente als Grundlage für diverse Entscheidungen, zum Beispiel für den Aufbau von zwei Wasserkreisläufen: Dadurch kann HiPP Grauwasser für die Toiletten nutzen. Das schont die wichtige Ressource Wasser.
Auch der Schutz der Artenvielfalt ist ein zentrales Anliegen: durch Begrünungen, Streuobst- und Blumenwiese fördern wir diese gezielt auch auf dem Gelände des neuen Verwaltungsgebäudes.
Das Wohl und die Zufriedenheit der Mitarbeiter ist ein wichtiges Anliegen von HiPP. Im Gebäude gestalteten die einzelnen Fachbereiche ihre neuen Räumlichkeiten aktiv mit. Besprechungsinseln und Pausenecken ergänzen das Raumkonzept und ermöglichen fachbereichsübergreifende Kommunikation, konstruktiven Austausch und eine gute Arbeitsatmosphäre.

New administrative building
HiPP developed its own sustainability guidelines for the construction of this new building. They served as a basis for various decisions, for example, regarding the installation of two water circuits: thereby it possible to use grey water for the toilets. This protects a vital resource – water.
The protection of biodiversity is also one of our top priorities. By creating lots of green spaces, orchards and flowering meadows on the premises of our new administrative building, we actively promote biodiversity.
The well-being and satisfaction of our employees is very important to us at HiPP. This is why our employees were actively involved in designing their new workspaces. Meeting and break areas complement the room concept and allow for cross-departmental communication, the constructive exchange of ideas and a positive work atmosphere.
