Strom kann CO2-neutral über die Sonne gewonnen werden.
Im Rahmen der energetischen Sanierung installierte HiPP 2001 am Gebäude 16/17 an die Südseite eine Photovoltaikanlage.
Zusammen mit den zwei weiteren Photovoltaikanlagen produzieren wir dadurch auf 432 m² Kollektorfläche 41.000 kWh Strom pro Jahr: das entspricht dem Jahresverbrauch von zehn Vier-Personen-Haushalten.

Photovoltaic facade
Solar radiation can be used for the carbon neutral generation of electricity.
This is why HiPP installed a photovoltaic system on the south side of building 16/17 as part of the energy-efficiency renovation in 2001.
Together with two other photovoltaic systems, they produce 41,000 kWh of electricity per year on a collector surface of 432 m²: this corresponds to the annual consumption of ten four-person households.
